If you do not like one or more items, you can return them within 14 days under the right of withdrawal for consumers in Germany and the EU. Details about the right of withdrawal can be found here.

 

For orders with a delivery address outside the EU, the acceptance of returns is limited to incorrectly delivered or defective items.

You can help us with the processing, if you indicate your OrderID and the reason for return in your return. After inspection by our receiving department we will refund you the amount of your return.

Credit card:
If you pay by credit card, we will credit your credit card account accordingly.

 

PayPal:
If you used PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

 

Gift certificate:
You will receive a chargeback on the gift certificate.
 


 

BAGJACK stands for high quality manufacturing and flawless workmanship of its products with great attention to detail. Should it happen that items are defective or have been processed incorrectly by us, we apologize for the inconvenience. Of course, such items can be complained to us.

 

In this case please contact our customer service by e-mail: store[at]bagjack.com. Please include your OrderID and a short description of the defect or error.

As soon as your complaint has been processed by our customer service, we will contact you and suggest a solution.

These can be different depending on the problem:


We will send you a new product free of defects.


We will refund the purchase price of the defective product.
 

 

Unfortunately, an exchange of an item is not possible at the moment. If you want to exchange a received item for another one, you would have to return it and order the new item separately.
